a) Hiring a guide is compulsory.
b) Food and accommodation for the guide and assistant(s) are not the responsibility of the visitors.
c) Horses must be ordered at least one day in advance of the trek.
d) Generally, horses are taken back to their place of origin after arrival at a camp. This is to ensure that the local people around the camps get a share by hiring their own horses. Taking horses back requires at least one assistant for 4 horses.
e) If the return of assistant(s) and horses is possible only on the following day, a supplement of half the rent for the horse is to be paid.
f) For assistants and horses ordered but not taken half the price of the daily rate must to be paid.
g) Price deductions from the basic rates can be made for unsatisfactory services according to a list displayed at each camp.
h) The tour is at the visitors’ own personal risk. An agreement stating this needs to be signed before embarking on the trip.
